Delivery Information
1. Late Payment
Invoices not settled within 22 days of issue will incur interest at 5% per day until payment is received.
2. Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled after dispatch are subject to a penalty of 40% of the order value.
3. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, refusal to accept goods), a re delivery fee of R40 will apply.
4. Returns & Damages
Goods returned due to customer negligence (e.g., improper storage) will incur a restocking fee of 50%
5. Fraudulent Activity
Any fraudulent or abusive conduct may result in account suspension and legal action, including recovery of damages.
