Terms and conditions of use

1.    Introduction  
These Terms & Conditions govern all deliveries, payments, and customer interactions with Pusha Mfana. By placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by these terms.

2. Delivery Information  
2.1 Coverage
Deliveries are restricted to service areas listed on our website.  

2.2 Timeline
Orders are processed within 15 munites. Estimated delivery times are indicative only.  

2.3 Charges  
A standard delivery fee of R33 applies. Free delivery may be offered for orders exceeding R1000.  

2.4 Attempts
One (1) delivery attempt will be made. Failed attempts due to customer error will incur a re delivery fee. 

3. Fines & Penalties  
3.1 Late Payment  
Invoices unpaid after 22 days will attract interest at 5% per day until settled.  

3.2 Order Cancellation  
Orders cancelled post dispatch are subject to a penalty of 40% of the order value.  

3.3 Failed Delivery  
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or refusal, a re delivery fee of R40 will apply.  

3.4 Returns & Damages  
Goods returned due to customer negligence will incur a restocking fee of 30%.  

3.5 Fraudulent Activity  
Fraudulent or abusive conduct may result in account suspension and legal action.  

 4. Limitation of Liability  
Pusha Mfana shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, or courier disruptions.

5. Governing Law  
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.

 6. Acceptance  
By signing below or completing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
